As part of a project from AMAKS Hotels & Resorts: "The Year of Travel 2025" we present to your attention a tourist route to one of the most popular and mysterious places: the Remembered (Kolchimsky) stone.
This mountain (or rather, a pile of boulders), stretching for 9 km, is located in the Krasnovishersky district of the Perm Territory near two mountains - "petrified" giants: Poluda and Vetlan. The bizarre piles of boulders, the endless expanses of the taiga and the sea of delicious Ural berries – blueberries and lingonberries - these are beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the mountaintop: everything awaits you here.
How to get there: drive to the city of Krasnovishersk, then up to 35 kilometers along the road to the village of Vaya, from there there will be a turn to Kolchimsky stone and a short trekking (6-7 km) to the top of the mountain.

As with any mountain in the Perm Region, there is a sad legend associated with it. There lived in Parma an envious shaman and 2 bosom brothers: Vetlan and Polyud. The shaman wanted to bring the two brothers down because of their fame and power. Once the brothers quarreled over the beautiful Vishera, the daughter of a shaman, and the shaman offered to resolve the dispute by throwing stones at each other. 2 brothers turned into stones, and the shaman's daughter, out of grief, rushed between them and turned into the river Cherry. The shaman's heart could not stand it and he died on the mountain, which was named after this event: The Remembered Stone.
