The main advantage is the convenient location of the hotel, the city center and close to the embankment. Very nice, helpful administrators who will always help with any question. The rooms are clean, cozy and have everything you need. I recommend

Nice hotel. Large parking lot if you are in a car. Near the embankment. The restaurant is newly renovated. The breakfast is quite good and varied. But, champagne for money) The room is air conditioned and has a very small TV. There's a beer fridge at the reception, just like in Germany.

We made fresh repairs, soft beds, new plumbing, good sound insulation. It is better to take windows into the courtyard, otherwise the window cannot be opened at night - the lions in the zoo roar very loudly.

Nice hotel, friendly staff! There is parking, conveniently located in the very center of the city! Right next to the embankment! The embankment is beautiful and cozy now! It offers a wonderful view of the Kama River. Also nearby is one of the main and beautiful streets of Perm - Komsomolsky Prospekt (KomPros).
