The rooms are pleasant, the mattress is very comfortable, the staff is polite, everything is clean, the breakfasts are very tasty

Nice hotel. We stayed there several times. The rooms are clean, the room has everything: bathroom accessories, hairdryer. A razor was brought on request. Bottled water was only available at the entrance, but there was a cooler on the floor. The breakfasts are average. But the variety is sufficient. For me, a good combination of price and quality.

Excellent location, close to the embankment and other attractions. The staff is polite. The rooms and the hotel are clean. Everything necessary for a 3* stay was provided, there was even a coffee machine in the room. I can't hear the neighbors. There is a souvenir shop near the reception (a fairly large selection). There is also a restaurant (we were at dinner and breakfast). Everything is delicious and varied. I was surprised that they even served honey in honeycombs at breakfast (it was very tasty)).

The only caveat is that there is a zoo opposite. When the windows are open all night, wild growling sounds imitating the roar of animals. We were almost used to it, but it prevented us from sleeping (

All conditions, a good buffet. It is better to choose rooms on the lower floors.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, in the very center, close to the embankment and the main attractions. Friendly staff, secure Parking (included in the price). Lovely spacious room (we lived in a Business). A buffet breakfast with a large selection of dishes and excellent coffee. Among the disadvantages, we note that during the stay there was a power outage twice, for 15-20 minutes with the fire alarm turned on. But they immediately reported on the speakerphone that there was a false alarm and there was no need to evacuate. This attitude to the guests is even encouraging, as the fire alarm is working and the hotel takes care of the safety of its guests. We will be happy to stay at this hotel again when visiting Perm.

A good chain hotel. The rooms are comfortable and new. The food is good and varied. Convenient location in the historical center of the city. Minus, but it's not for the hotel, opposite the zoo. Thanks to the administration for solving the problem with the resettlement of tourists, which arose due to the fault of the travel agency. Clients are not abandoned.
