It's a wonderful hotel, I always stay here. Excellent location, in the center, next to the embankment. Always clean, clean white linen!!! A great breakfast, a wide range of choices, from vegetables, salads to sweet pastries, everything is always very tasty!!!! There are dinners and lunches at the hotel, which is very convenient, but you can write a separate article about the service and highly qualified restaurant staff!!!! Very polite waiters, receptionists, and of course, delicious cooked food with a soul, I always enjoy staying here and recommend the hotel!

I really liked the hotel! In the city center, secure Parking. The rooms are clean and cozy, the breakfasts are delicious and varied, the staff is friendly and courteous!

I lived on the 6th floor, the elevator goes to the 5th floor) but overall I was satisfied, there was a small single room with a view of the city. New furniture and fresh renovation, the staff is polite. Delicious breakfasts.

We worked through all the details with her, and she showed incredible loyalty, attention to our conditions and flexibility. It is clear that a person works with his soul and takes care of the guests. The restaurant's cuisine is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the administrators are always in touch. I recommend it to my colleagues and friends!

It's a lovely hotel. Good service. The beds are soft and at the same time very comfortable, the back is just resting, the pillows are very comfortable. This is important when traveling. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. We overslept the first day of our tour because of the time difference with Moscow. The next day, the staff, as agreed, woke me up. Thanks!

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to both the center and the embankment. Polite staff at the reception, guided you to the sights and gave you a map of the city, quick check-in. The room has everything you need (we stayed for 2 days), refrigerator, TV, tea set, slippers, etc. (there is no kettle and safe in the room). There's a cooler on the floor. The room was cleaned well, for 2 days of stay, towels were changed 2 times. The breakfast is a buffet, delicious and plentiful. Funny cleaning robot.

This is not the first time we have stayed, the rooms are good, the breakfasts are excellent. Take accommodation with breakfast, you won't regret it)
