Thank you for understanding my situation and understanding, I flew from Samara, stayed in Amaks, as I was caring for my mother after a serious operation. The hotel staff showed sensitivity and understanding to my situation. We extended the stay, as I originally planned to stay for 5 days. I want to mention the shift on duty. The girls at the reception are always friendly and smiling! We helped with everything! Special thanks to the restaurant staff. The buffet is perfect! Bravo to the restaurant director and chef!
