A great place to stay in the center. You can't compare it with the Urals and the Kama region - I recommend it to everyone when visiting Perm!!!

Excellent hotel, city center, near the embankment. The price includes a buffet breakfast with a large selection of delicious dishes (there is even broth), the rooms are clean, the mattresses are comfortable, the linen is new and fresh. There are bathrobes, slippers, water, tea and a soap set in the room, and a cooler on the floor. Good infrastructure: swimming pool, sauna, billiards. The staff is tactful, polite, and friendly.

It's a lovely hotel. Very tasty food in the restaurant. Friendly staff. I will definitely choose it upon arrival in Perm. We rented a room for three, the child was provided with free service. Accordingly, the payment in the restaurant was for two (breakfast and dinner). When we arrived at the restaurant, the issue was resolved very quickly, they did not charge an additional fee for the child. It's cool. Well done!!!!

Great hotel, great location,great staff, the embankment is just a stone's throw away, the famous Perm Cathedral is opposite, the zoo is opposite, in general it is very convenient and cool, the TOPCHIK hotel!!!

Excellent hotel, convenient location, courteous staff, everything is cozy and comfortable. It's just a pity there is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler on the floor. The ironing room is in the hallway of the 5th floor. The only thing is sometimes it's noisy from the neighbors, but it's just a matter of luck. The breakfast is a buffet, everything is very tasty and varied.

We stayed at this hotel on February 24, 2025. I really liked the hotel. Business room with a large bed. Everything is standard, very tasty breakfast:the buffet. It is very convenient to have a cooler in the hallway, boiling water and cold water can be taken in it. The hotel has a sauna and billiards.
